We collect as little as a contact form needs, and we do not sell or share it. Last updated 9 September 2026.
Who we are
AltaScale Labs LLP ("we", "us") operates altascale.tech. Questions about this policy go to hello@altascale.tech.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you send a message we receive your name, email address, the message you wrote, and the page you sent it from. We use this to reply to you and to scope any engagement you ask about. The message is delivered to our inbox through Resend, an email delivery service; Resend processes it only to deliver the email.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. We do not currently run Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics.
Booking a call
We do not currently embed any third-party scheduling widget. If you book a call by email, we keep only the details you send us.
Server logs
The site is served by Cloudflare, which keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) for security and abuse prevention.
Legal basis
For visitors in the UK or European Economic Area: we process contact-form data to take steps at your request before entering a contract, and analytics and log data on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and securing a website, which we consider proportionate because the analytics we use do not identify you.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept while we are in conversation with you and for up to two years afterwards so we can pick a thread back up, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Aggregated analytics are kept indefinitely; they contain no personal data.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Email hello@altascale.tech and we will respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or UK you also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Transfers
We are based in India and our email and hosting providers operate globally, so your data may be processed outside the country you are in. Where required we rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Changes
If we change what we collect we will update this page and the date at the top.
